Company

Born in Turin by our founder Francesco Panebianco. Like many others in those years we started in a garage by doing turning works for other activities. Immediately he improved with some milling machines. The following year he hired a couple of employees and calls his sons Aldo and Remigio to work with him.
Remigio was the one who gave momentum to the company, by improving both technical and organizational sides, by using, for example, modern production control techiques similar to the ones of today.

We moved to newer and larger space in Via Sansovino. This move allowed the use of new machines and new important customers such as SKF, SPA (then IVECO), MST (then COMAU) and others asked our works.

The previous Panebianco Francesco became the new Pi.Effe snc with shares equally distributed between Aldo and Remigio. In these years the company specialized itself more and more dedicates to manifacture complex mechanical groups and special machines for chip removal, both on selfmade and customers designs.

Actual CEO Franco Panebianco, Remigio’s son, enter in the company, reaching the third generation.

We bought a second industrial shed, reaching 1000 sqm for production space and 400 sqm for offices

The 12 years working experience with the major electrospindle constructor, GAMFIOR, pushed Pi.Effe to establish a new company just for service and production for spindles and electrospindles: the C.S.M. (in Italian is the acronym for Center service Spindles)

The actual Zayon was established with the intent of expand our horizon in mechanical sector. The new business name want to highlight our constant effort in the change, indeed the new company also operates in the food sector manifacturing packaging lines from the customized design.

Zayon leaves the previous packaging and special machines construction to totally dedicate to the main activity of spindle and electrospindle service and construction.
